About the event
In this class demo class, I will go over the basics of the art of sourdough bread making. I will follow a fool-proof easy to follow recipe. In addition to the class each participant will recieve a sourdough start and instructions on how to take care of it. If interested, I also offer individual classes where we can further explore other sourdough recipies and questions.
